Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing the Gr8 Escape. Should you be unable to attend your booking and require a refund the following rules apply:

R590.00 of the R640.00 deposit will be refunded with more than 24 hours notice given for any cancellations or postponements.

The refund will reflect within 5-7 days of request. Requests must be made via WhatsApp, email, or telephone.
